At NS Khan Food Products, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, utilize, and secure customer details when you shop with us.
1Information We Collect
When you register a customer profile account or check out cart items, we collect specific personally identifiable information, including:
- Account Profile: Your Full Name, email address, contact phone number, and password credentials.
- Fulfillment Details: Shipping addresses, receiver details, and city coordinates.
- Interaction Data: Shopping cart selections, wishlists, and purchase histories.
2How We Use Your Details
We process your personal information strictly to fulfill our services:
- Processing orders, managing packaging inventory, and validating stock availability.
- Enabling timeline package tracking dispatches.
- Providing transactional customer support feedback regarding dispatches.
- Securing user sessions and preventing fraudulent order checkout creations.
3Information Sharing and Couriers
We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal details to advertising agencies. To complete order delivery, we share your shipping name, address, and phone number with third-party logistics and delivery couriers. These couriers are bound by strict agreements to use your details only for fulfillment.
4Data Storage & Session Cookies
Data is stored inside our secure PostgreSQL instance via Prisma ORM client queries. The shopping cart list and user tokens are stored on the client side (`localStorage`) to guarantee responsive, stateless interactions without session timeouts.
5Your Rights
You hold rights to request access to, edit, or delete the personal details stored in our database. You can manage your default addresses and saved wishlists directly inside your Customer Dashboard settings panel.
